Girl's Inoperable Brain Tumor Vanishes. Doctors Have No Explanation

A young girl's inoperable brain tumor has vanished and doctors have no explanation.

Roxli Doss, 11, was diagnosed with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, or DIPG, in June, and went through weeks of radiation even though there is no cure.
"It is very rare, but when we see it, it is a devastating disease," said Dr. Virginia Harrod with Dell Children’s Medical Center.
Roxli's parents, Gena and Scott, prayed for a miracle.
"And we got it," Gena said.
"Praise God we did," added Scott.
"When I first saw Roxli's MRI scan, it was actually unbelievable," said Dr. Harrod. "The tumor is undetectable on the MRI scan, which is really unusual."

Doctors can't explain why the tumor disappeared.
From no cure to no trace, the family said now they only have God to thank.

Roxli will continue to undergo treatments as a precaution, but in the meanwhile, she is enjoying living her life, such as horseback riding.
