Video Shows Wild Fox And Cat In A Standoff

Almost every animal on the face of the planet seems to be intimidated by the domestic cat.

In this video, a hungry fox walked up to steal some of a cat's food -- but the cat showed no fear.

You might think foxes kill cats, but that is not the truth.

According to BBC Wildlife:

"It's possible but very unlikely. A typical urban fox home range can be also occupied by upwards of 100 cats, and most of these are out at night. Foxes and cats meet many times every night, and invariably ignore each other. When a fight does break out, it's often the fox that comes off worse in the encounter."
