Thank you to the lovely lady shopper today.

My elderly mother needed a couple of items, was quite distressed, couldn’t find what she needed and was worried her taxi was waiting.

This beautiful soul, asked if she was okay, proceeded to take her to the correct aisle and even showed her a cheaper item.

You have no idea how much you genuine care and kindness meant to her and to me.

I've just had total knee replacement surgery so have been unable to help mom at the moment. Poor mom had had a really difficult morning and suffers with anxiety.

She could not stop talking about how wonderful you were to her. Thank you so much.
