These People Are The Reason Why I'm Smiling

By Stacey • November 8, 2023

Today my 2 year old son had an unexpected seizure in the store. It was a harrowing experience but one made bearable with the help and compassion from everyone involved.

A huge thank you to the woman with first aid training who saw the whole thing unfold and helped my son (and us) while the ambulance came. I wish I knew her name so I could thank her personally.

The staff also refused to let my partner pay for our items and insisted we take them home for free. They also asked us to update them on my son's condition when we knew more - he is okay now and resting at home.

These people are the reason why I'm smiling (with some tears) as I write this. Thank you all so so much.
