March 7, 2019
On Sunday, March 3, in the city of San Felipe, Chile, a police officer discovered a dog who had gotten entangled in the awning of a house and could not get itself free.
The officer jumped the fence of the house and used a knife to carefully cut the fabric to free the dog.
The dog, who appears to almost bite the officer during the rescue, immediately hugs him and licks his face.
The video was posted on the "Police From Chile" Facebook page.
