Restaurant Serves Smoked Watermelon And It's Prepared Just Like Meat

Smoked watermelon is on the menu at Duck's Eatery in New York City. They actually cook the watermelon in the same way they smoke their hams. According to Insider, it takes between four and six days to prepare and must be ordered a week in advance.
