Neil the Seal is a southern elephant seal in the Australian. He was born in Salem Bay, Tasmania.
Neil gained fame in 2022 after resting in Hobart for his month-long moulting period.
He has since become a social media sensation. However, he hadn't been seen for a while—until this week, when someone captured him on video once again wreaking havoc on traffic cones.
