Dog Looks After Baby Cow After The Mom Abandons Her

A one-day-old cow is being looked after by a blue heeler.

According to this post, a coyote caused the mother to run off and abandon the baby just after birth.

"My brother was out on his ranch yesterday and came across this calf that was just born minutes beforehand. There was a coyote between him and the calf. The coyote was hell bent on getting the calf, so my brother had to put the coyote down. Mama decided to abandon the calf, so he took it back home and his dog decided to take over Mama duties. As of this morning, the calf won’t take a bottle, so he is now tube feeding her, so any prayers for little Holly are appreciated."
