Cat Creepily Stares At Dog While Making Odd Tongue Movements

The way he's staring at the dog while doing it has me cracking up.

Here's what the owner said: "Charlie the cat was a cat I fostered since a day old. We adopted him and have had him for about 2 years. He loves to suck on blankets and sometimes forgets that he's not on a blanket and tends to suck mid-air. He's the most interesting cat I've ever met with many things he does!"
