Entangled 800 Pound Sea Turtle Rescued By U.S. Coast Guard (VIDEO)

A massive sea turtle caught in fishing gear off the New Jersey coast was freed by a team of rescuers.

The US Coast Guard dispatched a team from Cape May, New Jersey to rescue the entangled 800-pound leatherback turtle after receiving a call from a Good Samaritan on a recreational fishing boat.

The rescue team used GPS coordinates to locate the turtle about 30 miles off the coast.
