As a junior in high school, Ross Capicchioni was shot 3 times from close range by a shotgun. He was left for dead but refused to just lay there and die.

He was the innocent victim of a gang initiation, and now he is inspiring the world with his story and message.

After staring death in the face, he now sees it as a blessing.
"I just look at what I got," he says. "I don't look at what I don't have. I look at what I have."
