Love ya dad. ❤️
I didn’t start it but I’m proud to be part of it. To those who gave even the smallest extra amount this year — THANK YOU.#spreadloveandlovewillspread pic.twitter.com/1NcEswVbsO
Wahlberg noted that he did not start the challenge, but he is proud to be a part of it. The social media challenge actually started earlier this year in Michigan when a server received a $2,020 tip on a $23 bill.
The challenge has been accepted by many celebrities as well as non-celebrities who give as much as they can to help those in the service industry.
We gifted 4 more deserving restaurant workers today! That’s a total of $6500 we have been able to gift thanks to the generosity of our community! If you’d like to donate:

In the best of times, service industry workers are typically paid below the minimum wage and rely on tips to make up the difference. Now, those still working in an industry battered by the pandemic are struggling more than ever.
I did it a few weeks ago after seeing you do it! Here was her response... #2020TipChallenge pic.twitter.com/QDy4Fy9WV8
