The note read: "Thank you for blocking my driveway to save a life. Refreshments on me."
The message was written by a homeowner who was blocked in and, instead of the complaining, thanked them for their service and even attached some cash for refreshments.
People have taken to social media to praise the act of kindness for the emergency services.
A spokesperson from the Welsh Ambulance Service responded to the tweet saying, "Such a boost for our hardworking crews when they get a heartfelt thank you note for doing a tough job. No financial incentive required! They are just dedicated. Thank you, anonymous author."
