We Picked Up A Back Packer

We picked up a back packer, late afternoon yesterday, he was heading to Melbourne.

We were an hour and a half from home, when we were approaching turning off highway,we asked what he was going to do (and it was dusk not a good time to be hitch hiking) he said he would find some place to camp, so we asked him home, gave him a hot meal with us. He had a hot shower and warm bed for the night.

He kept wanting us to find him something to repay us, but seeing him off this morning filled my heart seeing his smile was enough.
