The mother used every single one of the needles shown in the photo and saved them over the years, according to Packer Family Photography.

"This is the first time I have been asked to do a photo like this!" the photographer wrote. "I was honored and wanted to create something special!

Mom said, '4 years, 7 attempts, 3 miscarriages and 1,616 shots'."
