August 17, 2020

When a particularly dangerous situation presented itself in Antarctica, this BBC film crew faced a difficult decision: save the trapped penguins by helping them climb out or leave them to die.
"I know it's natural, but it's bloody hard to watch," one of the cameramen said through tears. "There are birds down there with chicks."
So, they decided to intervene.
