WWE superstar John Cena is not just a champion in the ring, but a champ at making kids' wishes come true.

Cena, while battling through a list of injuries, from the mundane struggles that come with 300 day-a-year travel schedules to the more serious conditions like muscle tears and neck injuries, has become the first person to grant 400 wishes through Make-A-Wish.

"He is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met," said Josh deBerge, a spokesperson for Make-A-Wish. "I think the thing that can’t be forgotten, in the 400 wishes that John has granted, is that John realizes the impact of a wish come true. It's not just a moment for these kids, but it's something they can look forward and something they can reflect on afterwards."

No other celebrity has even topped 300 wishes.

Even if you are not a fan of professional wrestling, you should consider being a fan of this man. A celebrity that uses his platform to improve the lives of others is always a hero in my book.
