On Her 7th Shift This Rookie 911 Operator Helped Deliver A Baby. 3 Weeks Later, She Meets Him
February 20, 2017
A few weeks ago, 911 operator Katie Farber helped a distressed husband deliver his child.
This week, the 25-year-old "rookie" met the beautiful baby boy she helped deliver over the phone.

Katie was just seven shifts into the job when she got the emergency call to help a husband on the other end of the line. The man's wife was at home and in labor and Katie calmly walked him through the delivery.
It was two minutes after the baby boy was successfully birthed that paramedics arrived.
