Cammy is unable to walk or speak, but that hasn't stopped her from smiling. Her parents said nothing would make her happier than to score a goal with the help of her favorite hockey player, Duncan Keith.

As part of the Chicago Blackhawks #WhatsYourGoal campaign, players on the team fulfill fan requests via Twitter.
Duncan Keith went above and beyond for this request, spending time chatting with Cammy before lacing up her ice skates and taking her out on the ice for an experience she will never forget.
If you want to send the Chicago Blackhawks a goal, simply tweet @NHLBlackhawks with the hashtag #WhatsYourGoal.
