I was in Westfield Helensvale queued to buy lunch and had a chat and laugh with two lovely ladies behind me. They were discussing who would pay for lunch and one lady said that, as she’d invited her friend, she would pay.

Cheekily, I said she could invite me too. We had a good laugh about it.

My turn arrived and I ordered with my card out ready to pay when one of these kind ladies reached over with cash and paid for my lunch.

I was overwhelmed by her generosity.
