Today, I was out buying supplies to take to Rolling Fork.

Four different people came up to me and asked, "are you taking all that to Rolling Fork?"

My response was "yes ma’am I am."

Two offered to meet me at my car to load their goods two offered me money. I said I will not take their money please buy things and meet me at my car.

The best part of my morning… just wait!!!

A small boy, around 3 years old, he didn’t have shoes on…. Walked up to me and asked, “ ma’am are you going to help the boys and girls?”

I looked at him with tears in my eyes and said I’m going to try. He then handed me two $1.00 bills and asked that it take it to them.

I hit my knees with tears in my eyes, picked him up of his feet and I hope I gave him the biggest huge he’s had in a while….. hope in the eyes of a 3 year old.
