Anonymous Present In The Mail

So an old lady goes in to get an MRI. She has a pretty tough life. Anyway she was filling out a form and wanted to keep the pen. I said sorry you can't you need to put into the used basket.

Anyway she told me she always runs out of pens because of her search a words.She rarely gets out of the house and has to care for her daughter who is in her 40's.

Long story short at Xmas she got an anonymous present in the mail box. It was a search a word booklet plus lots of pens.

On the inside it said to dear D........., please enjoy the search a word and I hope these pens last you a while.
