Every Winter, Yosemite's Horsetail Fall Turns Into A Beautiful 'Firefall'

Every February, the setting sun hits Yosemite's Horsetail Fall at just the right angle that it turns into a blazing "firefall".
The event was nicknamed "firefall" to pay homage to the actual Yosemite Firefall, a manmade event that once took place in Yosemite in which burning hot embers were spilled from the top of Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park to the valley 3,000 feet below.
Horsetail Fall's waterfall only appears to be glowing orange and red due to the perfect weather conditions and setting sun.
It starts around the second week of February and continues for about two weeks.
The natural phenomenon draws both spectators and photographers from all over the world.
