Meet Otter, a tiny kitten with an incredible story of survival.

Born with part of his brain protruding through an opening in his skull, Otter was incredibly vulnerable when he arrived at Baby Kitten Rescue in Los Angeles at just 3 weeks old.

To protect his head while he grew stronger, Otter needed a custom helmet. And somehow, this tiny kitten wearing his little helmet managed to capture the hearts of people everywhere.

But behind the adorable photos is a story of resilience, compassion, and the people who refused to give up on him.
