Wasps Are Hilariously Clumsy

Wasps are much clumsier than they appear.

"For a few years now I've been filming wasps and am fascinated by their behavior and also by their flight performance. A few days ago I found this nest entrance on a farm in the Eifel in Germany and was able to observe that there were many accidents on arrival and departure of the German wasp (Vespula germanica). Since I now have a lot of experience with wasps, it was a challenge to record these air accidents and so I spent a few days capturing these scenes."
