This Guy Tried The 'One-Punch Man' Challenge And Got Amazing Results In Only 30 Days

Sean Seah decided to try to the "one-punch man" workout challenge for 30 days and his results are pretty amazing.
The workout starts at Level 1, which is doing 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 squats + 1km run every day. But you have to "level up" as you go.
Level 2: 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats + 2km run.
You continue to level up until you hit Level 10: 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats + 10km run.
