Cop Has Powerful Conversation With Two Kids Carrying A Gun

On October 13, 2018, Officer Peter Casuccio of the Columbus, Ohio division of police was called out to a gun run.
The call said "there's two young black males... and they just flashed a gun."
When Officer Casuccio arrived to the scene, he discovered it was an 11-year-old boy carrying a BB gun.
