Elephant Escorts Woman To Her Baby So She Can Sing Her A Lullaby
June 3, 2018
Lek Chailert, founder of the Elephant Nature Park in Thailand, was visiting with visitors when Faa Mai the elephant suddenly intruded.
"She pushed me along out into the field, directing me somewhere and I wondered what it was that she really wanted," Chailert said.
It turns out Faa Mai was taking her to see the newly rescued calf, Thong Ae. Chailert thinks Faa Mai wanted her to comfort the baby with a lullaby since "she is so fond when I sing a lullaby to her" Chailert said.
"It is so beautiful to see my little girl who has such a heart of care. I am so proud of this girl!"
