Brett Sanders was convicted by a jury for driving 39 mph in a 30 mph zone and was subject to $212 ($222.60 with the processing fee). Furious with the verdict, Sanders decided to pay the fine with 22,000 pennies in an effort to "stick it to the man" and made sure to film the entire process.
