Alyssa Berkovitz and her Great Dane have formed a special bond with an older woman who recently lost her husband.
Berkovitz often encountered the woman and her husband during her hikes, and her dog quickly fell in love with them.
One day, she saw the older woman hiking alone and learned that her husband had passed away. Determined to support her new friend, the hiker began picking up the older woman and inviting her to join their hikes.
This wholesome act of kindness has not only brought joy and companionship to the older woman but has also given her a new title: "Dog Grandma."
