Tiffany posted this video of Deedee the dog after she was nearly hit by a car in Atlanta. She was physically perfect but emotionally she was inconsolable.
"I recorded her cries because I wanted to share her online in hopes that her owners would see her," Tiffany said.
After the video went viral on TikTok, her owners saw it and Deedee was reunited with them. She was not microchipped.
