Workers Attach Balloons To A Power Line To Remove It Without Closing The Highway Underneath

In Japan, Chugoku Densetsu Kogyo Co. attached large balloons to an electric power line to decommission it without closing the highway underneath.
"We carried out the removal of the old power transmission line by a very unique construction method using an advertising balloon," the company wrote.
