Michael Rousell is proud to be a step father. He and his wife surprised their daughter at school with signs, which resulted in hugs and happy tears.
"To have that baby, who isn't biologically mine choose me to be her Dad, choose to have my last name, and to have my wife trust me enough with such a huge role in her life. It's overwhelming," he said.
