This 5 Month-Old Baby Girl And A Baby Sloth Have Been Inseparable Since Birth

Five month-old Alia first met Daisy the sloth when was she was just two days old. The two have been best friends ever since.

Alia's mom, Julia, is a children's illustrator who incorporates her pets into her books to get children engaged in reading and nature. She also has a kangaroo, anteater, and cat.

"The sloth and baby have been growing up together, taking walks together, and working alongside mommy as I write my books and travel to schools," Julia told Caters News.

"It may sound like an unusual situation, but the look on the school children's faces as they meet their favorite book characters in real life are priceless."
