September 30, 2014

A young man with Down Syndrome from the Netherlands had his dream come true when his favorite star, David Hasselhoff, took him for a joy ride in Kitt, the car from Knight Rider.

Syndroom, the Dutch foundation that helped Twan Vermeulan meet "The Hoff", helps people with Down syndrome, autistic disorders and other syndromes fulfill their ambitions, dreams and fantasies.

As their adventure together winded to a close, Hasselhoff was so touched he had to wipe a tear from his eye.

The video starts off in Dutch, but once David and Twan meet, it continues in English. It's worth the wait.
