As part of their disaster relief mission, WCK has been distributing thousands of meals across the region, offering comfort to those impacted by the storm’s destruction.

Andrés, known for his swift response to global crises, has been sharing updates from the ground. Through videos posted from Asheville and other areas, he has given a behind-the-scenes look at the team’s relentless work.

"This is one of our @WCKitchen kitchens in Asheville, but we are across four states with multiple food trucks, kitchens, water trucks, plus delivering dog food, Benadryl, or hoagies as every community has special needs!" Andrés shared in one of his latest updates.

Beyond North Carolina, WCK is serving meals to other hurricane-stricken areas as well. In Tennessee, they have already delivered over 13,000 meals.

In Florida, the team is ramping up production to serve up to 20,000 meals a day to meet the needs of affected communities.

Once again, World Central Kitchen is proving to be a beacon of hope, providing not just food and water, but also a sense of solidarity and care to those in their most difficult moments.
