IKEA Opens Its Doors For Homeless Dogs During Cold Winter Months

An IKEA in Italy is providing a warm home for stray dogs during the freezing winter months.

Social media users from all over the world are praising the furniture retailer's open-door policy for stray animals in Catania, Italy, after video and photos of the dogs circulated online.
"A good initiative to shelter the strays while it's raining outside," read the video caption. "Do we want to applaud this civilization?"
In addition to providing the dogs comfortable rugs to sleep on, employees also groom and feed the dogs.
A few of the dogs have even been adopted by members of the staff.
