Woman Shot In Las Vegas Tearfully Reunites With The Man Who Saved Her
October 6, 2017
Jan Lambourne was shot in the stomach in the Las Vegas shooting.
Running again for cover, festival bartender Justin Uhart spied a crumpled body screaming for help. With bullets still whizzing all around, he ran towards her. It was Jan.
She was writhing in pain and bleeding out. He applied pressure to her wound, knowing the situation was dire.
"Hey, hey, relax," Uhart told her. "Look at me. I'm here. I'm not going to leave you."
Uhart eventually carried her to safety and stayed by her side until she went in for surgery.
On Wednesday, they saw each other for the first time since the shooting.
