Watch How This Southwest Pilot Surprises His 1 Millionth Passenger

A Southwest Airlines pilot had a wonderful surprise for his one millionth passenger.

In a video captured by flight attendant Jennifer Todd, Captain John Richie is seen on the intercom system telling his story of his career as a pilot and making a point to personally thank his one millionth passenger with a bottle of champagne and an envelope containing cash – paying the woman back for the cost of her ticket.
