A Stranger Offers A Ride To A Stressed Grandma

Leaving a big swimming carnival at Sydney Olympic Park today, I was stressed about getting my two grandsons and all our backpacks, to the bus in time, to catch a train at Strathfield.

I spotted a "taxi" (a bit like when cartoon characters see a live chicken imagining it to be a roast chicken). I was stressed and saw this car pull over to drop someone off. So I hurried up to him. When I noticed he wasn't a taxi, I asked if he was an Uber driver. He said no. When I realized my mistake, the driver offered us a lift to the station. I accepted gratefully.

As he was driving, he told us he would be in trouble with his mother in law - for talking to strangers.🤣🤣🤣
