Her ears remind me of Dobby.

When I sing to her, she wiggles back and forth excitedly because she enjoys the attention.

She lays near me regardless of what I'm doing (sitting on the couch, reading, eating, cooking etc.)

She will gently nudge my hand with her toy in her mouth for play time.

When I am taking a nap on the couch, she will lay on my legs and stomach.

She will try to make friends with literally anyone and everything (except squirrels).

When she eats it reminds me of a vacuum cleaner (working on getting her a slow feeder)

When I'm upset, she is right there to nuzzle in next to me and keep me company.

In other words, she's my baby and I absolutely adore her. She's a beautiful and sweet rescue who has her own challenges she faces every day but I'm happy to stick with her while we figure out how to make things easier. Genuinely one of the best dogs I've ever met, and one of the best friends I've ever had.

Im grateful that I have the honor of taking care of her and providing her with a warm home filled with as much love and peace as possible.

She might not be everyone's ideal pet, but she's my Queenie and she's here to stay with me in her forever home.
