Stranger Who Helped Me While Coughing

I was having a bout of not being able to stop coughing in a restaurant.

It happens a lot randomly because I have a chronically dry mouth and a dry throat. I was being stared at but no one would do anything.

A lady who was a complete stranger got up came up to me and asked if she could help.

I said yes with a nod because I was desperate.

Well, she started gently rubbing between my upper back in circles and soon the coughing stopped.

I was so relieved and of course I thanked her and now i know how to be helped when I have a coughing attack.
