I went to Aldi to do some shopping this morning (Saturday) and when I got to the checkout to pay my card would not work and I had no cash on me so the lad on the till said "if you wait there I will get the manager".

So I stood there wondering what would happen and all of a sudden the lad on the till said "here is your receipt, your shopping has been paid for".

It turned out the man behind me at the till had paid for my shopping. I was absolutely gobsmacked and in shock really.

I thanked the man and walked out because I could not really believe what just happened so if the man reads this please get in touch so I can thank you properly!
