Feeling Ecstatic Today

By Sonja • May 13, 2022

My stepmom is in hospital in palliative care and we have seen signs around saying "well behaved dogs can visit see nurses to arrange".

Well today I seen a lady outside our room with a beautiful Maltese small dog. After saying hello I asked if we could pet him and she lovingly said of course.

I petted him, by this time he was in my stepmom's room. I asked the lovely lady if she could by any chance lift him up so my stepmom could pet him.

Not only was this not a problem, he sat on the bed for 10 minutes getting petted. This amazing lady and her beautiful dog put the biggest smile on her face in a difficult time. We couldn't be happier seeing the grin on her face.

Thank you beautiful visitor of someone else.
