Today I Was Brought To Tears By A Stranger's Generosity

I'm part of a buy nothing community fb page. I freaking love it. I've given and received so much within this group.
Due to a whole range of reasons, health, finance, job changes etc, my family hasn't been on a holiday since my sons were 9 months and 3. They are now 7 and 9 yrs old and we have a 2yr old daughter.
My hubby finally has a job where he gets public holidays and weekends off so this Easter we are heading to my father in law's where we will camp for the 3 nights.
I put a call out on the buy nothing group for sleeping bags. I had 2 lovely ladies reach out and offer one each. Fantastic, I only need to buy a couple more. That itself is an act of kindness.
We also need to buy mattresses, warm clothes etc etc as where we are headed will be cold.
Today when I went to collect one of these sleeping bags, there waiting for me was 2 sleeping bags and a self inflating mattress.
I messaged the lady - are these all for us?? Surely they were for others to collect??
Nope, they were ALL for us. All in fantastic condition.
I promptly burst into tears. How good are people?? Thank you thank you thank you. For showing my children that kindness is everywhere, for helping us to have the little getaway that we so deserve.
