All Good News

Here we are, it's Valentine's weekend, when most people are looking for ways of showing their significant other how much they are loved. However, for most of us, falling in love again can be quite daunting and confusing. It can leave us feeling euphoric and miserable at the same time. Some people also choose not to go into a loving relationship ever again, due to past experiences. How sad! I've been thinking about my affection towards my sweetheart, and why I miss him when I'm not with him. No wonder I discovered quite a lot, which sums up my affection for him. It is perfect timing for sharing my thoughts, since the weekend is all about love. So, when he asks me why or what I miss about him, here's what I'll say.

Hun, I miss you because you are everything I hope for in a friend and a partner. Even though you present yourself as a hard man, you have a good heart, a beautiful soul and you are a wonderful father. I see it in the things you do and in the way you look at me. You fight for those you love, or anyone who is marginalized and hounded. That's why I adore everything about you.

I miss you because your integrity, warm caring nature, positive energy and charming attitude captivate me. Around you, I giggle a lot and can be myself completely. You inspire me to be the best I can be. I can't change my past, but finding you in my present makes me want you in my future.

I miss your mind because your words of wisdom and sense of humour thrill me. I find the way you speak quite insightful and enticing. You enrich my world with the advice you give with a sense of direction which has never failed me.I enjoy listening to your views on life and worldly issues because, you always show more understanding about the world we live in.

I miss your voice because you make conversation so easy. Because of your non-judgmental nature, you are the one person I can open up to and bare my life, flaws and all like an open book, and still stand confidently. You encourage me to pursue higher goals with my aspirations, and you don't hesitate to tell me when I'm wrong. In you I've found someone I could share the wonderful things of life. So I'll never stop praying for you and the kids.

I miss your smile and laughter because you make life enjoyable and worth living. You know how to handle me, and how to bring me out of a bad mood, with your tease and funny jokes. Because of you, I see myself differently in a good way. I always look forward to us spending time together and you never fail to make it beautiful.

I miss your touch because it calms my soul. Your mind, body and soul wow me. I forget all my worries when I'm with you.You take me to the highest clouds and keep me there until I see you again. It's simply heavenly and indescribable.

I miss you because I've gotten addicted to you my rock.You are genuine, honourable and a keeper. Life is a sweet adventure with you in it.
