If you live in the UK, DO NOT use outlet covers. UK plugs are already tamper resistant. Using them makes the outlet less safe.
Also in the US, if your outlet is marked with "TR" or you can see little plastic flaps in the socket, that is a tamper resistant receptacle and you will be defeating the safety measures by using outlet covers.
