These Clever Photos Use Optical Illusions To Promote Pet Adoption

Photographer Amol Jadhav and art director Pranav Bhide recently created this powerful campaign for World For All Animal Care And Adoptions in Mumbai to help animals get adopted at a recent event.
Using lighting and framing techniques, they created a set of optical illusion portraits that each contain two images in one.

And it worked.
"The campaign increased foot traffic owing to its large visibility and the interest people took in the image," World For All founder Ruchi Nadkarni told The Dodo. "The event saw 42 adoptions and will now be a yearly event at the college owing to the phenomenal success of the event and 42 adoptions in one day."
