The View From This Houston Apartment Building's Pool Will Totally Freak You Out
April 10, 2017
A new luxury residential tower in downtown Houston has a unique pool feature that's going viral on social media.

Market Square Tower's pool is beautiful. It resides on the roof of the apartment building giving residents an incredible view of the city.
But one view in particular is making most people feel uncomfortable. Here is the pool as seen from the street.

That's right, the pool, dubbed the "sky pool," extends 10 feet beyond the side of the building. The pool has an 8-inch-thick plexiglass floor that allows swimmers to look directly down 40 stories, or 500 feet.
A video posted by Market Square Tower shows the feet of someone standing in the rooftop pool, walking to the edge, and then walking out over the edge of the building.
