English singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor is holding weekly "Kitchen Discos" on Instagram Live and they're as wholesome as can be.

Sophie performs songs while her 5 children dance along with her. The response has been overwhelmingly positive.

"Thank you for all the lovely messages about the kitchen discos. I read them all and appreciate each one. You've cheered my heart enormously and I can't wait to see all your lovely faces when we're allowed," she said.
